Remove your old pouch by peeling away the barrier and gently lifting the pouch while pressing down on the skin below the pouch. Dispose of the old pouch. Step 2slide 2 of 4

Clean your skin with a wet washcloth or wipe. Measure your stoma, if you need to. Step 3slide 3 of 4

Cut an opening in the new barrier slightly larger than the stoma. Remove the paper backing from the barrier so that the adhesive is exposed. Step 4slide 4 of 4
slide 4 of 4, Step 4,
