Unsure which health plan to select?

  • If you're already a Group Health member, check your member ID card. Your health plan is listed in the top left corner of your card, under your member ID number. You can also check your summary of benefits or contact Customer Service.
  • If you're considering enrolling in a plan, choose the plan that you are considering or your employer is offering. For individual & family and Welcome plans, select Group Health; for Balance and HSA plans, select Alliant Plus.
